Dreamshade is a melodic death metal band founded by Fella (guitar) and Rocco (guitar) in 2006. Rawi joins the project very soon as keyboard player. Dreamshade is a melodic death metal band founded by Fella (guitar) and Rocco (guitar) in 2006. Rawi joins the project very soon as keyboard player. The first compositions are given to Ivan (bass guitar) who finds them really interesting and decides to become part of the band (quitting other ongoing projects). It then takes more than a year to find a right voice: Iko finally appears. Even harder is the search for a good drummer: Jerome (drums) joins the band only in august 2007, and the now complete band starts to perform concerts, all of wich give a really positive feedback. After less than a year Jerome leaves the group to dedicate more time to his family and work. In March-April 2008 the band has a lot of material but no more drummer. They contact Sera (Roots Of Death) to record drums as a sessionman for their first EP. Working on their music he notices the abilities of the band and the maturity of the songs, and decides to join as a full band member. In April 2008 begins the recording of the first EP, wich is now almost finished and will be ready soon. In July 2008 Dreamshade play at Metalcamp festival 2008 in Slovenia, receiving after the show important positive feedbacks and promotion offers, wich will be really important for the future.
